With over 30 years of progressive experience in the administrative healthcare industry, Susie is a seasoned and trusted Practice Coordinator currently leading a 28-provider team at Hospitalist Alliance & MD4ER in Key West, Florida. Susie brings a comprehensive understanding of medical practice administration, recruiting, revenue cycle management, payer credentialing, and healthcare compliance.  Her expertise spans multiple EHR and PM systems, is proficient in billing and coding, and has a proven track record in optimizing performance and compliance.

Throughout her career, Susie has demonstrated exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills. She fosters collaborative relationships across departments and is deeply committed to ethical practice and operational excellence. Her hands-on experience in accounts payable/receivable, payroll, benefits administration, HR functions, and provider onboarding is complemented by her attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Her prior roles include managing outpatient family practice clinics, providing billing services for multiple specialties, and overseeing policy and procedure development.  She has consistently contributed to operational improvements, EHR implementation, and the financial sustainability of healthcare organizations.

Susie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Healthcare Administration from Western Kentucky University and remains dedicated to continuous learning and quality improvement in healthcare operations.
